Care of your Taonga

Our products will, just like others, show some sign of use through constant wearing. We have found that using any wood polishing oil will revive the shine of all of our products EXCEPT any white ones. Reviving the colour of the binding can be achieved by soaking it in Nappi San or similar products.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your item, you may return it in its original packaging within 7 days to receive a refund of the priice you paid for it, less postage.

As we send all our items via courier, in the event that an item is lost in the post, we will do our best to help track the item and process a 'lost package' application if required.
